Not at all — walk-ins are always welcome! We do recommend booking ahead for larger groups or on busy days (rainy days and Saturdays tend to fill up quickly), just to make sure we have room for everyone.

All ages are welcome, but we find that our space is typically most-enjoyed by ages 0–7.

Yes — grippy socks are best for children. Adults must also wear socks in the play space. No shoes or bare feet, please!

Absolutely. You're welcome to bring your own food, snacks, and drinks. We also carry pre-packaged snacks and beverages at the front counter.

Nope, grown-ups are free!

No time limits! Stay for 30 minutes or 3 hours — your admission covers the whole session, no rush.

High-speed WiFi is available, and parents are actively encouraged to bring a laptop and work while their kids play.

Toys and equipment are cleaned mid-day and at close with ChildSafe Sanitizer. A sanitation station is also available for parents who want to self-clean.

Yes — children must be monitored by an adult at all times. Children under 2 must be accompanied by an adult in the play space.

A 30-cent service fee applies to all credit card transactions.

Stay home, please. If anyone in your family has had a fever, stomach bug, or pink eye in the last 24 hours, we'll happily reschedule — no fees, no questions.

Open play is parent-supervised for all ages. We do host special "Parent's Night Out" events where we are properly staffed for drop-off play. Follow us on Facebook or Instagram for news on these events.

We do — it's one of our favorite things we offer! Bible story time is held on the first Wednesday of every month and is open to all families. Follow us on Instagram or Facebook so you never miss an announcement.

Yes — once we reach out to nail down all of the details, a $100 deposit secures your date and time. The remaining balance is due the day of your party.

We recommend 3–4 weeks ahead, especially for weekends. Minimum 2 weeks' notice required. Allow at least 2 weeks if you're adding a custom banner.

Absolutely — cake, snacks, and drinks are all welcome. The base package assumes you're bringing the food. If you'd rather not, add the snack & juice bundle.

Yes — full private use of the play space and café for your entire group, for the duration of your rental.

Yes — we actually prefer it and are happy to work with your schedule.
